We will eat in an area that may look tired and worn out on the inside but weather permitting we have reservations in the tunnel area out side.

This area was used  in the early 1900 for horse drawn wagons. Hear from one of the knowledgeable staff tell us how the Knickerbocker came to be know as one of Altoona historic districts. The Knickerbocker is know also for the 153 row houses that were used by railroad workers many years ago.
